After Pi Sigma Epsilon’s new chapter, Eta Theta, was founded in Chico in 2015, the organization has put a huge effort into growing it’s presence on campus, in the community, and in the nation. One of the ways that the chapter has grown is through it’s accumulation of corporate sponsors.
Corporate sponsors support the organization by providing them with a donation to be used for growing the organization and in return, the chapter markets for them. After the hard work of our members, we gained the support of our very first gold corporate sponsor, Bay Alarm. Bay Alarm is a home security company that was established in California and has been around for more than 70 years. After pairing with Bay Alarm, the company came out to speak with our organization on campus and in return, we proudly sport their logo on our T-shirts and at our events on campus. In more recent news, Eta Theta picked up a second corporate sponsor, Umpqua Bank. Umpqua Bank is an investing firm that focuses primarily on small communities and now is helping Chico’s Pi Sigma Epsilon grow in it’s own community. As the chapter finishes out the semester, they are hoping to continue their reach into the rest of the world by partnering with other companies and showing them how great it is to be on PSE's team.
